Most of my free time is spent creating jewelry. Other things I enjoy are playing softball (women's and co-ed), bowling, astronomy, camping and music.

I'm a 70's freak!!! I love retro/contemporary furniture and 70's music... mostly R&B from that time, but I do like disco. I also love hard metal music (Disturbed, Korn, Rage Against the Machine) and Alternative. My fav bands besides the ones listed already are The Cult, Alice In Chains, Muse, Angie Aparo, Loggins & Messina, The Monkees, ELO, and Earth Wind & Fire (to name a few).

I love taking classes to learn a different art or expand on one I already know. My favorite class so far has been lampwork/glass blowing, but I do love welding (maybe it's just a flame thing that gets me going).

Animals are a big part of my life. I currently have two cats (Moe and Sam) whom I love to pieces. Reptiles are a big thing with me... I absolutely love 'em and have had several of as pets. I adore Koala Bears and Sloths and have a wish to hold both of them one day. The most uncommon pet I've ever had (besides snakes) was a skunk (Stinky). He was the cutest thing ever, and if they weren't illegal to own now, I would definitely have another one.

My fav foods are Sushi, Thai and Mexican.

I have a terrible fear of spiders, bees and tornadoes.

I love life and I enjoy living it. I hope I'm around long enough to do the things I've always dreamed of and hope I get to share my adventures with all of my friends.

Chainmaille, some wire wrapping, lampwork/glass blowing, some welding.

Thank you so much! I love your wire work... especially your rings! Wire work is hard for me, so I envy anyone who can do it.

Chris

Hiya Chris

You're very welcome! And thankyou so much too! I am still trying to better my skills with the wire work... but i do love to learn. I enjoy looking at all the eye candy of fellow jewllery artists... it is very inspirational.

Found you through Ruby_Red1234 and your beautiful pendant. How stinky was Stinky? I assume you had him/her de-stinked. But how stinky was s/he after the de-stinkifying? Did you know that in the arctic there are no skunks?
You really are an eclectic person! And you have a real talent for chain maille. It's something I'd love to learn. There are so many things on my 'no regrets' list.

Thanks for your kind words on my chainmaille pieces. On my Vision earrings, I used two different sized rings. Since it is my own design, I can't give out the sizes just yet. I do appreciate the inquiry though.

Your metalsmith pieces Rock!!! I love the celtic knots you made.

Chris

Oh, good heavens - I wasn't looking for any proprietary information!   I was just curious as I like to look at the designs and try and work out how they were done and see how other people have solved design problems - even if I'd never attempt them myself.  I thought there were three ring sizes though, so I'll have to go and have another look!

Thanks for the comment about my pieces.  I think your work is fabulous and was glad to see you'd put up another set of pics.
